Re: PLEASE HELP ME 21 yrs Old Mysteriously Developed "Eczema" last year
Hi Lindsey,
Me again. I've found your suggestion about homeopathy medicine most interesting. I looked into homeopathy websites today and found "ABC Homeopathy," which offers a test to help determine which homeopathy remedy to try. When I finished their test, ABC recommended Lycopodium Clavatum. I know this is different from what you suggested in your post, but I ordered it to see what would happen. I know I'll try the one you suggested next. I'll also actually go to a homeopath, but I couldn't wait to get started, even if it doesn't work, LOL!
I also bought a zinc supplement today. I've read that people with eczema may be deficient in zinc, and this is especially true for vegetarians, and also for those who are under a great deal of stress, because stress depletes zinc. I eat very close to vegetarian, although I'm not actually a vegetarian since I will occasionally eat fish and chicken. However, I never eat red meat. From what I've read, 25 to 30 mg of zinc is recommended for people with eczema, so I bought a zinc supplement with 30 mg of zinc. I'll let you know how it works.
Oh drats! I just remembered that I had intended to get Zyrtec! I had especially wanted to remember to get Zyrtec because my doctor had recommended it, too, back when I had the allergic reaction to the mold. I'll be sure to get that tomorrow! I hope you are doing well.
Best,
Mackenzie
