PLEASE HELP ME 21 yrs Old Mysteriously Developed "Eczema" last year

hey everyone i found this website out of desperation.....so im going to make this short & to the point. last year i mysteriously started developing really sensitive skin, one day i took a facial scrub to my face (been using it 6 months prior with no problem whatsoever) the next morning i woke up to a face full of weeping lesions/plaques

i went to about 5 different dermatologists all brushed it off and said "its just eczema" and could not explain to me why i suddenly developed this condition with no prior problems whatsoever. they gave me some steroids and some "gentle" creams n cleansers and sent me on my way. i had all sorts of biopsies and whatnot done and they all came back negative for any bacteria or virus or anything..

here we are today 1 year later and ive managed to get my skin to a point of normalcy IF and ONLY if, i just use plain water to rinse my face and jojoba oil to moisturize....if i use any kind of cleanser whatsoever i start developing those weeping patches on my face which form yellow crust and start to itch like crazy...when this happens the only thing that helps is the synalar ointment my doctor gave me (Which i read is REALLY strong steroid)

ive tried eliminating gluten, dairy, eggs and all sorts of other typical allergenic foods from my diet and nothing helps....i dont know whats wrong with me :( my life is at a complete stand still and im only 21!!

can one of u help me i just have a few questions

1.) does what i have look like eczema? im beginning to think i was misdiagnosed.....

2.) what would cause me to suddenly develop this condition?

3.) is it bad to use a strong steroid on my face leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse it right off? or is it bette to jus tleave it on and let it do its work?

4.) is it bad to go from one steroid to the other? (ie using a mild hydrocortisone 1% for the first 2 days and then finishing off the week with synalar) ??

5.) i want to stop using the steroids can someone PLEASE point me in a good direction ive tried everything :(

the only thing that helps is not washing my face with anything but water but i want to go back to how my skin used to be :(
