I'm in need of your knowledge Uny!
Hello!
I'm not sure if you remember me uny, but you've helped me with some questions before.
I'm turning 22 years old and suffering from adult
Acne still, but slowly I have gained more and more knowledge on the triggers and the causes of my acne.
I had a history of constipation, along with hemorrhoids (which you helped me cure before!). I am now regular and having healthy BM's daily, which is great. Though I seem to be still having liver issues.
I've done thorough
Bowel Cleanses including enemas, P&B shakes, IF#1 & 2, colonics, and about 17 liver flushes.
Before I get to my
Acne issue, I have a question on a recent issue. I have been doing P&B shakes for quite some time, and when I have been doing a thorough cleanse (4-6 shakes a day), I included IF#1. One pill was all I needed to push all that fiber multiple times daily. I enjoyed IF#2 much better than P&B shakes, though after I had run out, I continued with only P&B. I had planned on weening off IF#1 and doing only P&B shakes, so I've been taking P&B about 3 times daily. One day I felt kind of a cramp and discomfort, and ever since then I've had a little discomfort on the very lower left area of my abdomen. It seems more like near my bladder. My guess is that maybe my body is tired of all this psyllium or bentonite, or the psyllium had irritated a section. I've stopped the P&B shakes, and the discomfort disappeared. Though if I take more than 2 P&B shakes again, I seem to have a bit of a discomfort again. Any ideas why this might have happened?
Anyways, that isn't very important. What's most important for me right now is to cure my acne. Through months and months of researching and experimenting with food, herbs, and cleansing, I have gained some amazing healthful knowledge and benefits.
Since bowel cleansing my digestion has improved greatly, and my BM's are very healthy. What's really helped my digestion was actually something so simple, chewing! After reading all the posts of you emphasizing the importance of chewing solids to liquid, and chewing juices to use my salivary enzymes, I have become a chewing machine! I can really tell a big difference in my BM's since chewing, no more undigested veggies! Though the only problem is that everyone keeps asking why I eat so darn slow!
I'm not sure if you know much about
Acne and the causes, but I have narrowed my causes greatly. I know I don't have candida because I don't have any other symptoms, and I've always had good fermented veggies, and ultimately, I can tolerate fruits and fresh juices. Though certain fruit sugars do cause breakouts, which I'm thinking it is also my liver failing to convert the sugars properly.
Also, I've noticed recently since doing an awesome juice fast, I was practically clear of acne. This gave me a big clue that I'm having issues with some foods. Also I've noticed I breakout much less when eating vegetarian.
Now, the clear known issues I have is with the digestion of fat. Most of the time I can avoid certain breakouts, especially whiteheads. When I take too much of a certain fat, even healthful fat like olive oil, I would breakout in whiteheads almost immediately. Roughly I know how much I can tolerate plant oils, like olive and flax oils. Though I seem to be completely intolerable to certain saturated oils such as coconut oil, nut oil, and fish oils. This is frustrating because I can't really eat any fatty nuts like walnuts and brazil nuts, nor can I use coconut oil.
I'm pretty sure anything to do with fat has to do with the liver. So I'm pretty certain I have a clogged liver issue. I have been flushing every 2 weeks, and I have tried castor oil packs as per your recommendation. Though I have discontinued it and have done some hot and cold hydrotherapy instead to help circulate blood into my liver. The reason why I had stopped castor oil packs was because, like I mentioned before, any excess oil will and did cause whitehead breakouts.
I've had periods of nearly no stone flushes, and periods of huge stone flushes, including a few done recently along with colonics, which really showed some big stones. Now I begin to wonder... how many stones can the liver possibly hold??
I haven't yet done coffee enemas, but I'm getting ready to do them now that I got some organic coffee.
What is your insights and recommendations on what I should do now? Should I continue flushing?
Thank you!
