Woo hoo~! I knew I loved going
barefoot, but I did not know why
it was soooo good for me~~ :p

I know a couple of folks with
hearing issues, I will see if
I can get the ingredients for
the ear oil.

If people are looking for good
eye cups, they should check out
ebay. I have some new ones but
they are not as snug fitting
over the eye as the old ones.
I found a couple of sets on
ebay for a good price. Also,
its a good idea to dip them in
some boiled water to sterilize.
