Wow!! Tiratu...thanks so much! I was in heaven reading your post! How utterly fascinating!!! It is good to know that the mucoid plaque is becoming smaller, that your tongue is becoming pinker...as time goes on...

What an amazing cleanse you are doing. I know there is someone else on this site (Tim?) that cured his chemical sensitivities....I hope you do too.

Although my first fast only consisted of 8 days, I did a Liver Flush at the end of it and it was my best flush ever. Only a bit of nausea in the morning, my biggest stones to date (marble-sized) and the strangest substance black with green marbled stuff - rubbery - that came out with the stones. I will definitely do a flush while on a fast again...but, of course, I could recover the following day by drinking juices and broth...you had to keep going with the lemonade! Wow, Tiratu! Not many people would be able to do that, I think.
