Hi, My biological dentist is about to have a few zirconium implants placed in his own mouth. I would not do a bridge if the two adjacent teeth are good teeth. I would either do a partial or a zirconium. There is a cool partial that looks like a clear saddle over the gum of the missing tooth and has a tooth sticking up out of the saddle. I like that one. Zirconium seems to be a fabulous option. I have a root canal tooth and have been thinking about replacing it with a zirconium implant as it is biologically compatible from what I understand. That being said, if ones health is extremely fragile I might just go with a biocompatable partial, it is an individual decision, but zirconium by a biological dentist should be fine.
