Let's see, Cod Liver Oil loaded with VitD, Milk is a bad way to get calcium anyhow so ignore the Milk board propaganda, however it does supply a lot of really bad Vit C, and finally calcium supplements with more unconverted D.
But besides that if V was posting he would tell you that osteoporosis is a brain issue not a calcium issue anyhow...
Think fluoride\mercury\lead toxicity not calcium...
