Re: -- ML drink Recipe--and don't forget the magnesium sulphate!

"bridge" thank you for your response.

I have been taking 1 TBSP BSM, pinch ES, 2-3 TBSP limewater, 1+ TBSP ACV. (really can't afford the lemons-79 cents each here) in glass pure water. Mine ALWAYS tastes sour! Today after reading Evans post, I added more lime water to make it neutral--didn't happen, kept adding lime water to the point I hope I don't have too much lime water as I always mix it up at lunchtime and bring it back to office with me to drink and here it is.

I have taken this for over a month maybe close to two off and on.

I want to up the ingredients but not sure how as it is so sour with ALL this added lime water...?? what am I doing wrong?

Any advice from anyone will certainly help.

bridge, you mentioned my state of health, mostly just extremely stiff, very painful foot, due to acidity (I think)

thanks to all
wuz
