Re: -- ML drink Recipe--and don't forget the magnesium sulphate!
hi, I think the idea of a gallon of limewater lasting a person "a few days" is possibly giving you the wrong impression. That would be for some hard core alklizing, and the important thing to keep in mind is a person works up to that (if they ever get there). Much depends on dinner, as they say--that is, so much depends on the quality of what you are eating (and/or) drinking, and what your health isssues are, and how long-standing.
when I started this drink, I began with 1 T. limewater, and about 1/2 T BSM. I soon worked up to two-three drinks a day, and went through a fair amount of the limewater. Say, 2-3 Tablespoons per drink, 1/2 a lemon and about a Tablespoonful of molasses. (the lemon stays the same for me: only occasionally gets to one whole one, if it's very small, but then, i tend to use a lot of lemon generally.)
Begin with about a T. (more or less of BSM), depending on how you feel, and 1 T limewater, and play with increasing, and again; see how you feel. Remeber, Evan did say you drink this drink slowly-->>this is likely where a person would go through a lot of limewater, using several Tablespoons full, (some people take up to 6) but sipping the drink, which would amount to someone making a weaker one three times a day. For myself, I drink it fairly quickly, and foillow it with more water.
*Not sure if it was in Evan's post, but don't forget the small pinch of epsom salts. very important. Also, to ad to either the food, or take a pinch with water, near meals.
The way I take my kelp is to use the same spoon I used for the BSM (which still has some on it) and put the kelp on that. It provides just enough stickiness to keep the powder from choking you. :-) I really like the bsm/kelp mix. If I had small children, I might mix the powder and bsm into a sort of paste lozenge, which is effectively what happens with the spoonful.
all the best,
C
