I was curious what you support as the ideal diet and in what balance in regards to Protein/Fat/Carbs do you feel is ideal?
I know many people on these forums support vegetarian diets, & I know even Dr.Schulze & Christopher were big proponents for meat free diets but I still feel like it only makes sense that humans consume some forms of meat to a certain degree, even if it's only fish.
Especially considering the Eskimos have great lifespans and health (as far as I recall) and they consume a diet dominant in fish.
