Tapeworm- what is best cure and how to tell

recently I have been tested with a Scio machine and was told that I had Tapeworms and also flukes. I may not have believed the diagnosis, except that a few years ago I had expelled liver flukes after doing a parasite cleanse and liver flushes.
I am now into the third week of Hulda Clark 's parasite cleanse and also took 3000mg of QU 10. Now I see small white pieces in my stool, assumed that they were sunflower seeds or rice, since I eat one or the other daily and have seen them go through before. I do not have any other symptoms, such as weight loss etc.
Is there another test to identify tapeworms?
What is the most effective method of getting rid of them ?
I will be travelling in Europe for a month, can take herbs with me, but colonics etc will be out during that time. So are baths with milk or Sugar water that I have read about.
Please tell me what worked for you, your help is greatly appreciated!
