Pc, I shoulda not forgotten that the context here is to find a way to stop stones from forming. Actually I think that can be done in probably 100 different ways (not that I know them) but if your combo works, then it works. That alone is worth figuring out.

I think using fruits/juices with malic acid in them regularly should help keep stones from forming. Of course, lecithin may be good too. Any of the herbs like dandelion root, barberry, milk thistle or yellow dock may do this too, but I have not seen any evidence posted here. There have been anecdotal evidences though. In the case of the herbs they have a long history of being tonics for the liver.
