I was concern about the negative feedback. It is the reason why I held off updating till the last days of my fast. I didn't want the negativity to bring me down.
I take all the concerns seriously but I also know from fasting with water verses the sf that it made little difference. During this fast I felt the exact same way I felt on regular water fast.
Someone listed all the negative side effects of consuming Sugar free. Yet no one seems to list all the bad that comes with being grossly overweight. The quick weight lost has helped relieve my arthritis, knee pain, and has made it much easier for me to move around so I can have an active lifestyle and maintain or continue to lose weight. At the end I feel my fast still benefited.
I don't feel like I cheated or did it wrong. It is different and definitely not be considered a water fast. But I feel it is a close runner up.
