Congratulations on your success. That's an amazing amount of weight you've lost! I am currently on a coconut water "fast" for the next 10 days before I begin an extended water fast. This is basically to prepare me for my Water Fast while letting my system get a much needed rest and still let me participate in a couple of mandatory work and social activities coming up.
I do agree with the argument that Aspartame is bad for you but also with the argument that you are providing your system a rest. And I'm sure that you were already aware of all this when you began. It's like you said about looking outside of the traditional way helped you to succeed this time. Fasting takes a huge amount of committment no matter how you do it, so again, great job!
Out of curiosity, how much limeade are you drinking a day? Are you drinking that exclusively? Or are you drinking water too? Any food at all? How do you plan to break the fast? Please keep us all posted.
