Re: What's your opinion about the swine flu?

We are living in a 'free' society, we are free to do whatever the government wants us to do.

While working for the coroners dept, I often had to work closely with the police. It always made me laugh when someone, after being arrested, started to demand their rights. In Austraila we have no bill of rights, in fact we have no rights at all. What we have is 'implied rights' which means that it is assumed that we have the right to free speech, justice etc, this can change with the weather, there is nothing in our constitution that declares that we are entitled to any rights at all. We have compulsory voting in elections, so we don't even have the right not to vote if we dislike all candidates.

Its all about power and greed. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutly.
