Yep, I'm a power-napper...but dangit, I got up, had a snack, looked at the clock (and these latest wonderful posts)...and Rocky hollered, "I'm about to make some popcorn - you wanna 'call it'"?

:::sheepish grin::: and I said "Yes sir!" (that Liver Flush took a lot outta me, for sure - I've got some 'liver ache' going on, so methinks I flushed something into an uncomfortable position...so I'll likely do another flush sometime in the next few days).

Ruh-roh, I hear it poppin' now...yum!! Popcorn and an organic Fuji apple (with a tiny piece of Green & Black organic chocolate to 'finish' :) I can make one chocolate bar last longer than any woman I know!

This is a good thing, I desperately need to get my sleeping pattern back to normal.
