I am having very low heart rate these days (under 50). It is a symptom that i have suffered since ever. I checked with cardiologist long time ago but doctor could not give me a decent diagnose and of course didn't cure my problem neither. I had to live with it and put it into Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome categery. I also learned to exercise (walk) and it helped a lot. I just read some information about the causes of low heart rate, hypothyroidism was one of them. It concerns me because when I purchased Lugol'sIodine I was told to stop after 3 weeks otherwise it might cause some thyroid problems. Would it be the reason? I wonder. I actually didn't feel anything wrong during 3 weeks intake of Lugol's iodine. My heart rate problem started after I had an over-exercise and it followed by a 2 days flu.
Anybody have a clue? thanks a lot!
