i have never had a problem with them.
if there is a delay it may have something to do with
the hurricanes and electrical services out-tages etc
in a great many states.

umm one time long ago i had a small problem with a back order on a different product.
then i noticed that my replying to a receipt from the order only went to the shipping addy
so i logged onto the website and posted a message to the website customer service and got an immediate reply.

that particular product (not the inositol ) was still on back order and i said just credit me back and cancel it / they did np.

interestingly they sent me a complimentary one when the restock did go thru *smile*
so they will work with you /
goto the web site.. and post to the service help don't respond /reply it to the order or shipping emails / it is entirely diff addys.

btw as far as the time i have recieved shippings from them ,
yes that does seem longer than their usual shipping.
normally they are pretty fast
again it may have something to do with weather conditions etc all these storms airport delays or closures etc. Tweet
