most lecithin sources used are either from red meats/livers/ high fatty fish or soy. peanuts
none of what i would dare put in my body in any shape or form.
also lecithin from these sources as an oil are almost always rancid. something like 80 %
.................................................................
if you eat foods that contain methionine, then the liver will make lecithin on its own.. and then the body will use the lecithin to make choline 8)
some foods that contain methionine are:
sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and lentils
lecithin is needed in body for many other reasons than just to make choline
..................................................................
choline and inositol are both needed.. but if you eat enough proper food you do not need supplements
you get inositol from some sources such as.. whole grains , molasses, legumes, citrus fruits raisins, cantalope, etc. and nuts as sugggested above
and of course the red meat, fish etc. (which are so toxic /don't mess with them !
..................................................................
you get choline from sources such as
egg yolk ,legumes and green leafy vegetable.
choline is needed to produce the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
choline needs the inositol to produce acetylcholine.
..................................................................
there is no need for supplements from toxic product, when the body can produce it just fine alone.
.....................................................
eat foods that give methionine so the liver will make its own lecithin.
the natural lecithin will help the body make natural
choline.
eat foods that make inositol so that the choline can make acetylcholine.
all nice an natural and non toxic
inositol/choline combo capsules all natural source.
i have used with success for one bottle equals
3 and a half month supply.
but i also use less now that i have detoxed more,
and also try to supplement more with the foods listed above..
