Have you tried bathing with Neem soap? It is anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-bacterial. You can also take Neem capsules internally. There's also the neem oil. It smells really vile, I've never tried ingesting the oil, but if I did, I'd put it in a capsule first. I used neem soap and oregano oil successfully on a particularly stubborn patch of ringworm on my daughter's shoulder. We use the neem capsules whenever any of us gets a cold that wants to linger. It always clears it up. We take 4 capsules every 4 hrs for about 3 days and by the third day, the cold is on it's way out. You can get the neem soap for under $5 and the capsules for around $12. The oil is around $12 too.
