Thanks Vern for responding and sharing your knowledge. I have learned a lot from this forum in just a few weeks. However, I still feel like a "babe". I know it will take a while to educate myself on how to heal my body.

Thanks for the info on Armour. Where did you order the Nature Thyroid?

I did order the cayenne powder from Uny and will start it as soon as it is delivered.

I know I am on my way to better health because in just the last 4 weeks since I've become vegan and have taken the IF #2 and superfoods, my diarrhea has disappeared and I have much more energy. Also, sleeping better than I have in quite a while.
