Both of these if Im not mistaken produce one type of odor.
TMAU can smell like BO,fish, garbage,fecal,musty,cat urine-like, ect.
I for one had intially the BO smell and thought I had bromidrosis. Then I started to notice after several years the other wide ranging odors.

The first link you posted. How many of those disorders have odor as a symptom?
