Hi, I have had great success with colliodal(sp) silver. I put two droppers full under my tung and also swab it around the opening area of where your urin comes out, it works well for me also lots of cranberry juice, capsules, and uri uvsi (SP) the health food store will know what you mean, but it has alot of good stuff for your urin tract. Also to ease some of the discomfort, a heat pad or a soak in epson salt or Sea Salt will help and take your mind off of the pain. Good luck,
