UTI... How do I get rid of it without drugs...

How do you get rid of these infections without meds and without spending alot of money. I have been tortured by these infections since I turned 16 and got my period. I have just recently had a baby and he was delivered by ceaserean (which means I had a cathiter) which has caused more servere infections which my docter has tried to treat without any sucess. Please Help this is very painfull and mkes me an extremely unhappy person.
