Re: Mycoplasma HELP - Have tried PRO-BIOTICS?????

Pr-biotics or friendly bacteria especially acidophilus and Casai are great anti-viral, Bifidum and longum large intestine species will help with reduction of toxins and fungus/yeast. I was sticking with one brand for long time - that is a mistake I was not getting better - get as many as you can. Some are better then others. I found great relieve with one that contained bulgaricus strain -used in Bulgarian style yogurt (Solaray - multidophilus powder has this strain). One supplement states that it prepares the gut for other flora strains. It was one of the original strains that made yogurt popular in Europe and still used there to this day. I have seen it sold locally in glass jars here in states as well.

I started getting raw milk from local farmer and ferment it into 48 hour yogurt that I use as salad dressing. (raw milk is good liver detoxer - old folk remedy for bad liver). I also squeeze 1 fresh grapefruit every evening and mix it with 4-6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (my personal favorite is Napa Valley Naturals rich and robust - I would not put any other into my mouth - all others make me want to vomit. It is more expensive, do not use for cooking, just salads). This makes good liver detoxer as well.

Over all friendly flora fights the bad guys and reduce toxins into non-toxic compounds, it also aids digestion. It is a win, win scenario.

Space it 2-3 hours from all anti-bacterial meds you are taking (CS - very little will make it to the gut - Beck statement). I took the Hulda Clark triple herb anti-parasitic treatment, my symptoms got worse (yeast over-run), I quit this and started taking heavily multiple brands of pro-biotics and plain homemade 48 hour yogurt, now I can eat some sweet fruits now and then with out having brain fog with lasting headache and fatigue.

I also use beck devices and occasional CS. Drink lots of water - more then you think you need.

To your health,
Gill.

Check out these two studies on DC v devices effect on yeast (candida albicans):

It turns out that beck device has no effect on yeast, but it will aid in detox from mycotoxins which makes one life bearable that is why I use it. The study points that positive offset pulsed dc voltage is the most effective treatment against yeast ( Hulda Clark device). The most effective is a mutated version of the device as stated in the study that offsets the voltage 1.5 volts above zero with 1MHz frequency. (This suggests that there are 2 555 used in the circuit.)
