Thats great! Appreciate all the new insight., it certainly widens the picture.There is a lot to learn, Im grateful for all the wealth of information that been relayed.

I didnt make the connection between fungal infection and grain mold, even though about a year ago a raw foodist freind raved on about a book called "Grain Damage"I just thought he was being fantatical...mind you he wont be that happy to know there are tiny critters everywhere including his carrot juice!

Im kind of really gutted that tree nuts contain Aflatoxins, I really have only recently made an effort to eat more nuts in my diet along with fruit to curb me away from Sugar and dairy cravings.....

On the whole, I try to be quite careful with my diet since reading Prof Garth L.Nicolsons account on how his own daughter was infected with Gulf War illness, and how diet and nutrition played an important part in her healing.I follow his dietry considerations which Im sure I downloaded from

My niece has bi polar, so i also read some linus pauling and Abram hoffer, Mind you I think Ill have to bin the bread basket, and bread IS so addictive, but it makes sense to stop feeding the fungus.

Im still doing B.E. drinking Collodial silver, which soothed my aching throat in 3 hours! and drinking Ozone water. All my bones are still aching and im still itching and the side of my face which previously got bells palsy is aching and my eye twitching, however its not as bad as 3 days ago, so I think it may well have been a die off re action. We,ll see.
Im off now to do some magnetic pulsing.Oh and something to eat, some good protein and veg and a nice pudding fruit and ozone water.
