Ragweed allergy and artichoke (and other things to avoid) edit

So I just also found out that artichoke is of the ragweed family...maybe it hasn't been a good thing for my liver after all. I've been taking it for about 4 months daily, and my liver has gotten worse here the last couple of months. The last two weeks, I've had to do 5 liver flushes.
I think I'll cut out the artichoke now and see what happens.
I do also know that the herbs have the salicylates that my
food sensitivity biofeedback test showed (fruits and vegetables)
