Re: Lecithin or phosphatidylcholine may worsen asthma, allergy, inflammation

Thanks for telling me about the silymarin(milk thistle). I just ordered a new bottle and am terribly allergic to ragweed also. I have taken some just recently and couldn't tell anything, but I guess milk thistle might be in the same family as ragweed, do you think? It's supposed to be so good for the liver.

I have plenty of Amalgams also, and have known for years that I should start to take them out carefully one by one. I know mercury might be one of my biggest problems too. Are you going to have the crowns removed that probaly once had mercury under them also?

Standard Process has a product called Cholacol.

Commentary: Cholacol contains purified bile salts. It is for bile stasis and gallbladder relief. Cholacol is for the bile deficient patient. It is bile salts which have been purified by exposure to activated charcoal. Don't confuse this product with refined extracts of bile salts, such as dehydrocholic acid. Cholacol is the whole bile substance. The herb, Collinsonia Root, has also been added to the product. Collinsonia supports the vascular system and lessens the likelihood of hemorrhoids and varicose veins, which can be aggravated if bile salts are given alone.

The only thing I might question about this product is the "exposure to activated charcoal" part. Otherwise I believe it is a very good product.
