If you get your mercury fillings replaced, you might want to be careful that they don't fill them with something that slow releases flouride. The owner of a local healthfood store told me that when he got some fillings done the dentist happened to casually mention that these fillings will slowly release flouride. Thank God the dentist mentioned this, so he could say "No way!".
