I don't know if you can re-grow enamel. Many have purported that they have, but the unfortunate facts is most likely negative.

However, I have been reading quite a bit about IP6 (brushing with). I believe there are threads about it helping teeth on Curezone.

The OP should help with tooth senstivity. I know as it corrected mine.
