An excellent use of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is to make up a mouthwash solution and use it twice a day.

You can make the mouthwash by adding 3 ml of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to 500 ml of water. The solution is activated by the acids in your mouth and only as much chlorine dioxide as is needed is produced.

Also, trace amounts of chlorine dioxide are absorbed through your gum's, and you will most likely ingest a small amount.

This is a long term slow and easy way to go. Nothing fancy, but it just seems to work.
