sounds like youre doing alright and on the right track
and you pinned it...you absolutely need need need to eat veggies on any diet, any time, anywhere on the planet, no matter what you are going through...
and you will get enough potassium/ all other minerals from veggies if you eat them at every meal...which is also great for having regular bowel movements
or you could waste time and money on mineral supplements...not to say that they dont help...but until you eat veggies, youre going the wrong direction
