Sea Salt and Arsenic / Antimony . . .
Thanks for the replies.
Thanks to some postings on CureZone, I did switch to 50% Redmond
Sea Salt , and 50% morton salt substitute which is potassium chloride.
Because of the infrared sauna and my concern about minerals, I got one of those hair analysis mineral screenings.
I was on an anti-fungal medication at the time, so there's a possibility of sample contamination, but it came back with Arsenic at 85% of the max, and Antimony at 115% of the max. I will be getting a more accurate urine based mineral check, but in the meantime,
I am concerned about arsenic and antimony in the
Sea Salt s.
I just started taking concentrace (40 drops/day) ensure I get my magnesium back up, but I'm not sure about the long term because of the heavy metals.
BTW, my calcium was 20% max, and magnesium was 50% max. Sulfur was 80% max, and zinc was 100% max.
Regards,
Mike
