Re: coccnot oil
Do you take Armour? I'd rather my thyroid make its own hormones but Armour is good, at least it has the calcitonin in.
Everything seems to go haywire with the menopause.
I've just taken receipt of a product called intramax recommended by Chris B. 415 carbon bound nutrients in a liquid form. The lady i corresponded with at the company selling it, said don't be surprised if you have to lower your thyroid medication. We shall see.. The nutrients are supposed to get where they should go regardless, which with low stomach acid may get some nutrients into me. This could be the final peice in jigsaw to get off Armour completely.
I'm a bit disillushioned by most supplements to tell you the truth, except the maca but Chris B, who is a raw food hygienist and healthy anyway noticed a difference within one week. I probably haven't received the benefit of the other supplements i've taken in the past due to LSA.
It is very pricy though, so too expensive to take long term, unless it is so marvellous i can't do without it, then i'll find the money. I'm just thinking of it as a nutritional boost for now. It could be all hype. I let you know how it goes.
Although Long term it will be cheaper to work on the Low stomach Acid, but it is a kick start.
