I also use the same oils and have also increased intake of coconut oil and coconut creme [which is 70% oil]. Haven't noticed much there either but I'm sticking with it for now.
I use maca as well for hormone balance and have noticed some changes and plan to keep using it. It has not raised my body temp. Nothing has done that. It still averages 96-97 degrees.
Most of my problems were exacerbated with menopause too.
