BF&C is an herbal combination formulated by Dr. John R. Christopher - it stands for Bone, Flesh & Cartilage. The main ingredient is comfrey. It is an excellent formula to use in the healing of bones, tendons, cartilage, flesh wounds and any type of joint energy. It can be made or purchased in oil, ointment, tea or capsule form. There are many companies who carry this formula under different labels.

Caution - Christophers do not put the comfrey into any of the formulas which are taken orally, so if you use their product, I would add comfrey tea to the regime. If you go to MH's website, you can still purchase this formula with the comfrey - not sure what product name he is using for it. Tweet
