knee swllen?

ill explain this as well as possible


in my left leg, around my kneecap is very tight when i bend it,and when straight feels full or stange

there are 3 squishy lumps around the kneecap which are no painful to touch, but only squishy

there is no pain when walking/running/stairs/but when i bend it, it is tight and when i kneel i cant bend it all the way and its painful Tweet
