No, it has nothing to do with finacial interest. And I take your question at face value completely, but it has absolutely nothing to do with it. The moderators are just people like you, who call them as they see them. But one only has to look at the differences of opinion here between non-moderators, to see why moderators will have different opinions as well. The moderators are not necessarily the best or most informed posters here. In many cases they will be. But not always. And "the best and most informed" is always open to debate. Just regular people doing the best they can, with many mistakes I am sure... Tweet
