I went to a psychic when I found out I had thyroid cancer that had spread to lymph nodes, and she said every lymph node that the cancer got was a hurt or anger I hadn't let go of. I had to learn how to forgive in order to heal. She said to ask God to forgive the person that I couldn't, and to do it through me - so I could feel the love and forgiveness but didn't have to create it.

For me, having cancer has been a spiritual awakening experience - a real wakeup call. The closer you can get to your higher self and God, the more you will love yourself. I've learned Reiki and Quantum Touch to channel God's healing energy, both help with that. Tweet
