No, I am very leary of any insecticide. I don't want to poison my animals and I don't want to kill any beneficial insects. I've toyed with nematodes for fleas. I've used it one season. You need to keep the soil watered during the dry months of August so they don't die. I've not used it again, 'cause I'm not sure if its possible or not to be infected with them, like acaris and Tapeworms etc.. Theoretically, the animals could pick them up on their feet and bring them in the house. I guess we could too. We don't make a habit of removing our shoes when we come in except when they're muddy. So like last year, this year, I'm relying on food grade diatomaceous earth dusted on the dog and cats for flea control and bathing with shampoo and sweet orange oil.
