I'm really sorry to hear all this has happened! And I'd like to give you more insight than I'm going to be able to give you - there's just too many 'blanks' and not enough information to fill them in.
First thing to clarify - in your posts you keep saying you're doing "the program", but I don't know what program it is that you're referring to. Perhaps you've purchased the IP herbs, and started making your own tinctures, Superfood and IF#2 (???)
I see you've started making your own IF#1 (cool deal!).
But if you haven't done that (and the only thing I can find that you've ordered from me since mid April is 1 months worth of Superfood, 1 Liver/Digestion tea, 1 months worth of IF#2, some IF#1 and a bottle of Echinacea)...then all I can see 'for sure' is that you're juice fasting and using IF#1 and doing a few enemas weekly - even though you're indicating that you're taking Superfood smoothies with flax seed & cayenne. So firstly, have you started making your own Superfood? What type of cayenne are you using (and how much)? Are you using IF#2 daily/how much? Kidney cleanse? Liver cleanse/flush? Basically, what all are you doing (because I don't know).
Also, I can't tell how much you're
juicing when you say "4 large mason jars" Mason jars come in 4 oz, 8oz, 16 oz, 32
oz and 64
oz sizes...and one should never put more in one jar than they can drink at once.

(Juicing in canning jars). I've done my best to include that link to everyone that's juice fasting...and since you know to use canning jars AND virtually no one can drink 32
oz a time, I have to assume/guess you mean four 16 oz jars of juice daily (?) So if that's the case, then an attack of low blood
Sugar after running a very "hilly" mile is definitely logical/possible...ESPECIALLY for someone with known/past hypoglycemia issues.

Sweetheart, I'm not accusing you of ANYTHING (I just really want to help!) - but quite honestly, this concerns me:

If I'm remembering correctly, you've mentioned a 'past history' with an eating disorder. And that you've been SO worried about adding a few veggies (and a few handfuls of popcorn) to your juice fast...and now you're feeling 'despair & failure' because you've eaten a bit of meat? AND your husband (who undoubtedly does love you) has seemed very worried about this....well then, so am I (worried).
Again, I am NOT "accusing" you, because there's nothing to accuse you OF! Eating disorders, lack of bowel activity, depression, anxiety, lack of nutrition, a body with congested organs, parasites, ANY addiction, emotional, mental or physical illness (other than a trauma)...virtually ALL of these things are caused because the PTB have totally demented our food source, our 'belief' in what is 'normal' and caused us to have very REAL physical imbalances and compromises.
I know you have a LOT of stress (you MUST have, especially with your children and one with autism), not to mention the fight we ALL fight with our friends & family. But to get to the bottom of this and be of any real assistance to you, we need to get down to the bottom line and find out what the problem really is. So what are you doing to help relieve and deal with the stress?
EFT? If so, what are some of your 'set up phrases' or what is stressing you MOST right now?
Are you taking anything to assist "stress"? St John's Wort? Fish Oil? Any type of herbal "calmer"?
How tall are you and how much do you weigh...and how do you feel about that?
Do you feel like you have adrenal or thyroid issues?
How much do you exercise daily? Is that enough? or too much?
Unless you're overweight, I'm likely going to end up telling you that you need to add a more healthy fats to your protocol (lack of healthy fats is one of THE biggest cause for liver issues, and I recall that being a major concern). Unless you're actually overweight, methinks it might be good for you to start adding organic coconut milk to a couple of your juice selections, and an avocado to your Superfood smoothie...and of course, if you haven't done the 5 day liver cleanse yet (whether you have the tincture or not), that's something you need to do, followed by a
Liver Flush every other week. Is it possible you can work any of these things in to your protocol? Why/why not?
And when juice fasting, we all need to be taking the IF#2 (and if you can't afford that, then at least some activated charcoal several times daily to help adsorb the toxins that are released by juice fasting). So let me know about that, as well.
No doubt about it, naturalgirl - in these troubled times it sometimes seems like the whole world is stacked against us. But the truth is, you (me, and everybody else) are EXTREMELY powerful people, and we can handle anything the life 'throws at us'...BUT we have to nourish our body and brain correctly so that we CAN be powerful (and we need to be sure we're dealing with low blood
Sugar and low electrolytes, and that that does NOT happen again).
If I could give you ANY gift, I would give you the gift of "not worrying" so much about the persnickety details of what you're eating...while some people need a big "board upside da head' to whack them into not eating junk food or sticking with the program, it seems that you might need a big "board upside da head" to whack you into realizing that a few little slip ups here and there does NOT equal failure!! 'Wings has posted the 3 basic food programs that are allowed - juice fasting is one; raw/vegan is another, and one also includes cooked food. You have NOT "ruined" anything by having a few vegetables and some meat. Your body is FAR more powerful and able to 'deal with it' than that!
Get back with me with the answers to all my questions AND tell me exactly what you think you need to be healing (get down to the nitty gritty truth - that's the only way it'll work!) and what your plan is to accomplish that (and what all herbs/blends/oils you've been making/using)....and I'll do my BEST to get back to you in 48 hours!
