Thanks Eme you are the best! (sniff) Yeah Uny generously gave me a spefic IP and that was what I was doing.(I just didn't mention the liver tincture I did or my one uneventful Liverflush. I know you can't "patch" things togther with this program but in my case reality kind of bites. LOL. I have Dr. Benard Jensons book and his 7 week building program my husband kind of agrees with so maybe I may do the 7 week program along with Dr. Shultzes IF#1and 2.
