Yes, I am having die-off, I'm pretty sure of it, but not going any faster than David is allowing. Right now I am taking all of stage one as he recommended. I did order 2 and 3 and am just waiting for them to show up. I think I was just so toxic by the point I started taking stage 1, that my body is reacting to hopefully having stuff in it that is making me well. I don't know if you had this, but it's like it's cleaning me out too. Sorry if TMI, but I have a lot more BM's in the morning than usual and I have totally normal bowels to begin with.

Yesterday my bone spur was excruciating, more pain than normal and I can tell by how it is starting to feel right now, that I am going to have another day of it. I am hoping that flare up too is die-off.

Have been a little more irritable than normal and some mild increase in fibromyalgia like pain. That's about it to report. Raider, can you tell us for your personally, how long it takes, like how far into the botttles, did you say you started to notice a difference? I know it's different for everyone. Thanks.
