I know you said you didn't get much of it, but was just wondering if you had any bowel changes? I have had some gas high up. It's not like gas, where you pass wind, but more like a bit of pressure feeling high in the stomach, just below the breasts. It's off an on throughout the day and my bowels have been borderline runny (sorry, TMI). David mentioned if I went too fast I may get a headache as die-off, but that was it. Just wondering if you had anything like I'm talking about. I know that what I am having is common with normal die-off, but not sure about with HWS stuff. Thanks.

I had some pretty heavy die-off and it felt just like die-off that I have had from other supplements and things in the past with the HWS when going faster like I am right now.
I know your going at it faster so you will probably have more then a headache is my guess. Just listen to your body.
We are all so different in our healing and illness its probably just cleansing/die off hang in there..
In a few days I will have some news to share something David found with my situation and I am in the process of having my well water tested.
I will let you know more later. This might be the BIGGEST find regarding my health this far this guy is absolutely BRILLANT!!!!

Yes, I am having die-off, I'm pretty sure of it, but not going any faster than David is allowing. Right now I am taking all of stage one as he recommended. I did order 2 and 3 and am just waiting for them to show up. I think I was just so toxic by the point I started taking stage 1, that my body is reacting to hopefully having stuff in it that is making me well. I don't know if you had this, but it's like it's cleaning me out too. Sorry if TMI, but I have a lot more BM's in the morning than usual and I have totally normal bowels to begin with.
Yesterday my bone spur was excruciating, more pain than normal and I can tell by how it is starting to feel right now, that I am going to have another day of it. I am hoping that flare up too is die-off.
Have been a little more irritable than normal and some mild increase in fibromyalgia like pain. That's about it to report. Raider, can you tell us for your personally, how long it takes, like how far into the botttles, did you say you started to notice a difference? I know it's different for everyone. Thanks.

This is a reply to # 1,444,641Are you doing enemas and coffee enemas daily? They can be done 2 times a day. I know this helps die-off.
Fresh homemade apple juice 2 times a day (morning and night) helps too, to asorb and carry off toxins.
Salt water flushes work to do that as well.
Activated Charcoal works for die-off too.

This is a reply to # 1,444,655No problem. I always appreciate input. Thing is, most of the things you mentioned I have tried in the past without much luck. I'm just glad I am having die-off because it shows me that it's working! Have a bit of a wretched headache right now, but David warned me that could happen. I'm going to stay at this dose for a couple of more days, before moving to a full capful.

Its great to hear you being so positive and sticking with it even through the cleansing. I have had very mild headaches before with cleansing/die-off and only maybe once or twice with the HWS remedies. I very rearly ever get headaches ever so I guess I am lucky that way.

This is a reply to # 1,444,641It's great when you can feel and tell that someting is going on..
For me it seemed like about a third into my 3rd bottle of any of the remedies I would feel a shift that was when I was going the slower rate.
Then when I picked it up and started taking the remedies at the faster rate with the first bottles I would feel some die-off I just felt really tired and very low energy sometimes achy mild headach a couple times.
I am excited and will explain in the near future a really big find that David actually tapped into for me and my husband I do believe that this is going to be the BIGGEST change in my health and my husbands. I am still researching and working on what I have to do to change the problem that we believe has been causing our health problems then when we get the problem solved I will share here with you. It's going to cost us a ton of money as it has to do with our well water.
