Raider, question about die-off

I know you said you didn't get much of it, but was just wondering if you had any bowel changes? I have had some gas high up. It's not like gas, where you pass wind, but more like a bit of pressure feeling high in the stomach, just below the breasts. It's off an on throughout the day and my bowels have been borderline runny (sorry, TMI). David mentioned if I went too fast I may get a headache as die-off, but that was it. Just wondering if you had anything like I'm talking about. I know that what I am having is common with normal die-off, but not sure about with HWS stuff. Thanks.
