Ionic or Colloidal Silver doesn't matter.
Distilled water is fine too, you need to dilute the DMSO before you use it, that is all.

I'm sure Ionic silver or Colloidal Silver is great at breaking down scar tissue, however from experience I find the DMSO blows it away.
