In our soy and single serve beverages, the organic flavor is a vanilla flavoring. The vanilla flavor contains: Water, Organic Ethyl Alcohol, Organic Sugar, Organic Vanilla Beans and Natural Flavors. The term "Natural Flavors" is used instead of "Vanilla Extract" due to a reduced amount of alcohol below the 35% minimum required to be called a Vanilla Extract. The only natural flavor is Vanilla. "
