Well this is the 1st positive info I've heard on soy in a long time. I'd like to believe it but I've got to do more research on the subject. I've since switched to rice milk, and my hormones appear to be balanced. It is pretty expensive though so soy milk would be a cheaper alternative. I thought plant estrogens mimicked most closely to what our bodies already produce naturally. It isn't that human estrogen is bad; it is the balance of estrogen with our progesterone and testosterone. So it is the excess of estrogen that is harmful.
