Re: soy

I have seen alot of negative material on soy. Seems the only stuff any good is fermented miso, and a few other fermented soys the Asians eat. Monsanto went into production I think in 99 or before---with Genetically Modified soy and we have been bombarded by it ever since. Of course in the US fermented is not even mentioned. I found out 80% of the soy in the US is GM. Good or bad on that is unclear. Europe will not eat it. Decide for yourself. Monsanto did a good job. Soy is in many products. I really think soy was supposed to be grain for cows if you look back on its history. So I would drink rice milk until the decision is made whether soy is good for us. I don;t know. But Google monsanto and soy. You will get an eye full.
