Karen, I really think there is something to this. have you found a good book on this?? This is a list of foods that are non akaline, and then the acid foods.
It really makes a lot of sense to me. If I have to go on this type of diet, I certanly will. Can you by PH strips at a drugstore???
I found that you need to be at a 7.2-7.4 range for parasites to NOT survive!!!!
